Cheryl Jeanette is a solo contemporary folk artist who made her professional debut at Daryl’s House (Daryl Hall) in Pawling, NY. She has released an EP “Spirit of the Seasons”, Album “Down to Earth” and most recently on July 22, 2025 Album “AUBURN STREET”. Her music is on all streaming platforms worldwide. She continues to perform at festivals and folk venues throughout New England, USA and composes her original music in Maine.

Cheryl has been teaching music for over 15 years and was a featured artist on the Emmy Award winning show NBC CT “Kids Connection Makes Music” in 2025.
Cheryl studied classical guitar at the Nutmeg Music Conservatory with Master guitarist George Hadjimarkou from CYPRUS and has attended numerous Master classes with award winning artists. Her Master classes include Peppino D’Agostino from Italy, American Blues musician Clarence Gatemouth Brown, Emmy nominated David Hamburger, Grammy Award winning songwriter Robert Lee Castleman composer for Chet Atkins, Alan Jackson and Alison Krauss, Chris Stapleton, Taylor Swift’s manager Rick Barker, Harry Chapin and Chet Atkins manager Fred Kewley. After meeting Carly Simon, John Denver and other inspiring Songwriters, she continues to compose her original music in Maine.
